Many of America's farms provide horrible living conditions for their animals. The chickens are kept in dark, cramped houses, and are injected with growth hormones right after being hatched. Because of this, they grow too quickly for their bones and internal organs to keep up, resulting in them only being able to take a few steps at a time. Cows are also put in cramped areas where they are walking literally knee deep in their own manure. These animals are not being treated right! The meat we consume should come from local, cage-free, hormone free, happy animals. Healthy, happy animals lead to healthy, happy humans.

As I am sure you may know, many of America's farms provide horrible living conditions for their animals. The chickens are kept in dark, cramped houses, and are injected with growth hormones right after being hatched. Because of this, they grow too quickly for their bones and internal organs to keep up, resulting in them only being able to take a few steps at a time. Cows are also put in cramped areas where they are walking literally knee deep in their own manure. These animals are not being treated right! There is also a great lack of slaughterhouses in America, which means, once again, animals being in cramped spaces. The meat we consume should come from cage-free, hormone free, happy animals.
Change NEEDS to be made in America’s farming and slaughterhouse industry.
Healthy, happy animals lead to healthy, happy humans.
