Find And Give The Maximum Prison Sentence To The Puppy Torturer And Killer

Recently on the internet there has been a video circulating showing the sadistic torture and killing of a puppy. The monster who did this kicked it,broke its leg,burnt its paws with a blow torch,stepped on it,cut it's face and tongue,dropped it from a height & generally made the little thing endure around 11 hours of hell. Throughout the video you can hear the puppys cries of pain and the little face looks into the camera almost pleading with the man to stop.The torturer, having finished with the puppy, then walks past the camera and we see a shot of his boot (like a Doc. Marten) and he whistles as he walks away. There are petitions in Spanish but for the people who don't understand that language I have made this English version. The Spanish authorities are currently looking for this man. He has said he will kill 95 puppies. He has also said he has a bitch ready to give birth and cannot wait to get his hands on the puppies.
