Body Modification Discrimination in the Workplace

Every citizen of the United States is supposed to be guaranteed their freedom of expression through their first amendment rights.  However, that freedom is often overlooked when it comes to the workplace.  Often times, people with piercings, tattoos, or some other form of body modification are judged before employers find out who they are as a person.  These people essentially feel the need to, or are ordered to cover the modification or remove it in order to keep their job and feel accepted in the workplace.  Just as with race and religion, people with body modifications should be able to be themselves with out being looked down upon in the workplace!
