Ban Claudio De Ferrari from dog sledding races

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfRFqM-zbP4&feature=share  this is how Claudio De Ferrari (italy) won his second placement in the FISTC European Championship Middle Distance and Long Trail 2012 in GRYON, switzerland...
He is a disgrace against the dogsledding and dog owning world and has to be banned from racing in any competition and in any organisation...
please help me make the FISTC (http://www.fistc.com/) aware that we will not stand by and watch people abuse their dogs and get away with it...
