Automotive Enthusiasts against Monica Durban Law

The goal of this petition is to show that people feel the proposed "Monica Durban Law" is far too one sided. While the punishments aren't too unreasonable, it is far to easy to be sighted for street racing in stead of many other clearly written laws, like Reckless Operation. This law would put far too much power in the hands of police officers, giving them discretion instead of clear laws to enforce. Signing this petition is not supporting street racing, but rather saying that this law needs to be rewritten.
