America's Behind- Let's Catch Up by Banning Corporal Punishment of Children

 25 countries have made corporal punishment (spanking) of children illegal.

 America, on the other hand allows parents by law to inflict corporal punishment onto children in all 50 states. Teachers in 20 states are also allowed by law to physically strike children for the sake of so-called discipline.
In order for the US to  truly be a democratic nation, all of its citizens must be protected from corporal punishment - including minors under age 18.
