OUTLAW CHAINING OF DOGS IN LEXINGTON KENTUCKY

We need to update the ordinance in place now. Dogs should not be on chains their entire lives. They receive no exercise, endure freezing cold, high heat temperatures and no companionship. They endure the risk of hanging from a fence or starvation. This must stop! Please sign our petition for the sake of all animals chained.
