Chester is a rundown town you will see potholes, abandoned houses and abandoned buildings. Our governor doesnt care here. Chester, PA needs help and make big changes some places are forgotten. Ive lived in Chester for 3 years now and something needs to be done. Plus there are trash everywhere and you may see used needles on the ground which is dangerous
