Demand stronger punishment for those committing animal cruelty offenses!

Too many animals are harmed by humans on a daily basis.
Puppy farms are only one angle and the increase is ridiculous. The amount of animal cruelty going on in the world is getting out of hand.
Please help get the criminals conducting these acts the harshest sentence, death if i could have my way, alternatively life inprisonment and a huge fine.
