UPDATE: Mr. Singleton was denied parole for 1 year and so August 4, 2022 he has a new parole hearing to determine if he should be released this time. I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your signatures and pray that this year he is again denied and hopefully this time for much longer.

Jeff Keck was murdered in Claiborne County TN January 1993. William "Bill" Singleton is the man who murdered him by shooting him multiple times in the head, wrapping his body in plastic and tape then attempted to conceal it by covering it with tobacco, manure and dirt in a deep freezer with a padlock! Mr Singleton was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life WITH the eligibility of parole and his parole hearing is set for August 12, 2021 which is rapidly approaching. I'm asking for everyone who knew my father, everyone who knows myself/my family to please sign this petition for Mr Singleton's parole to be denied and to keep him incarcerated so that we can continue to have some sort of peace that justice was served for Jeff! And if you don't know me or my family please sign this petition to keep yourselves and your own families safe by not allowing a murderer to walk around free!
