Shut Down Viagogo & Demand Refunds

We all know how much Viagogo, a secondary ticket seller to events and shows, have been ripping people off with their rocket sky prices that are way above the original price of the tix plus having included a ridiculous sum for delivery fee and booking fee PER TICKET. Some of the tickets sold, have found to be invalid. Their customer service is non existent and the lack of proper system and procedures are causing people unnecessary anxiety attacks - eg, late delivery of tickets (receiving tickets 3 days before event when purchase was made months before). Most of the victims I find are those who have never heard of Viagogo and people tend to click on their website link, because when Googled for some show tickets, THEY APPEAR FIRST AT THE TOP OF THE SEARCH PAGE. These scammers have taken a lot of money from people and we want our money back. This website is a total fraud.
