Free spay and neuter for 501C3 animal rescues

Our animal situation is awful in Texas. Hundreds of thousands of inocent animals are needlesly put to death in animal shelters. While they remain full. With some dogs and cats staying over a year. Living in a pin, and being put to death is no lofe for mans best friends. Please sign this petition and give us a start to bringing life and healing. Help us bring down the pet population, and ask our Texas representitives to start a bill for free spay and neuter for animal rescues. It will be a start to give us the tools we need to make an impact.
