DUI on your own property for mowing the grass or riding a 4 wheeler

So after reviewing the laws, I have come to find that in Ohio, a person can be arrested for driving a horse, battery operated car, ATV, dune buggy, lawn mower or anything that has a motor,on their own private property (in their back yard) for DUI if they have "LEGALLY" drank any alcohol or taken any prescription medication. So, if you are riding a 4 wheeler, on your own property, and have drank even 1 beer you are breaking the law. If you own 500 acres and drive your mower down a path on your own property, after drinking 1 beer, you could legally be charged with a DUI and be jailed. As of now if you take your prescribed medication and mow your yard then you are breaking the law and could be jailed. If you don't see something wrong with this then you are a part of the reason that we no longer have any rights. This kind of stupidity needs to be stopped and these laws need to be changed. Please help me put a stop to this nonsense once and for all. Sign this petition and we will take some of our freedom back from these dictators that are taking over our state.
