Abolish RITA (Regional Income Tax Agency) Ohio

Rita Is a private company used by local cities to gather additional Tax Revenue. This is in addition to: federal, state and city taxes that come out of your paycheck. Rita often charges you interest or extorts you for not filing. The issue with this is many residents are unaware of the existence of RITA until they receive a bill demanding hundreds if not thousands of dollars. According to the article 16 of the United States Constitution "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." This shows that Congress can collect income taxes and certainly does not allow for a private company to do so. Stand up against taxing your labor and end this unjust institution.
