Ticket Scalping in Tennessee

When buying tickets to an event in the state of Tennessee, there always seems to be the issue of ticket scalpers. This morning, I had front row tickets to see Why Don't We and when I clicked the tickets they were gone. Fortunately, I was still able to get tickets to the concert. Several events that I have tried to get tickets to recently, the same issue arose. States like Arkansas, Kentucky, and Missouri ticket scalping is illegal. We are Music City. Tennessee is a state known for concerts and even hockey! Let's make a change Tennessee and make scalping illegal. Solution= make scalping illegal or harder to achieve.
