We, the undersigned, are heartbroken, devastated, and outraged by the horrific abuse, neglect, and cruelty inflicted upon innocent animals at Lola Bells Pet, Inc, a grooming and pet services facility that has betrayed the trust of loving pet owners. This petition is our urgent plea for justice and for immediate intervention to shine a light on these atrocities and demand immediate action to protect the lives and well-being of all animals under their care.
A Heart-wrenching testimonies from countless pet owners have revealed the unimaginable suffering their beloved dogs & cats endured within this facility. Reports of abuse, negligence, and mistreatment continue to emerge, painting a horrifying picture of what truly happens behind closed doors. Evidence gathered from individuals who have witnessed these acts firsthand has been submitted to the appropriate authorities. Yet, justice remains out of reach for the innocent animals that continue to suffer.
Animal cruelty is a crime and cannot be ignored and must be stopped. We are calling the State of Alabama Local Authorities, Local Animal Control Agencies, Local Government Officials, Local Humane Societies and Animal Welfare Organizations, Licensing Board, Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries, Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, State Legislature, Federal Agencies, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to:
1. Conduct a thorough and transparent investigation into the practices of Lola Bells, Inc without delay.
2. Permanently Revoke their license to operate as a grooming and pet services facility to prevent further harm to animals.
3. Hold those responsible for the abuse and ensure legal consequences to the fullest extent of the law.
4. Implement stronger regulations and oversight to safeguard animals from cruelty and ensure this never happens again.
These innocent animals have no voice of their own. But we will be their voice. We refuse to stand by while their suffering continues. This petition is not only about closing down an abusive facility; it is about demanding justice, protecting the voiceless, and ensuring that no other animal endures the same torment.
