Urban animal welfare in inclimate weather

Every year in both the extremes of winter and of summer. Countless pets die a horrible slow painful death. A death that is preventable. The goal of this petition is to change laws. Asking Mayor Mike Duggan and Governor Whitmer. And all representatives within the state of michigan to mandate that pets be brought into an environment that sustains life while temperatures plummet below 32° or rise above 79°.
