Safe our Toilets in Link Road Car Park Padstow Cornwall

Hi all Padstow Residents,
You may not know yet but, Cornwall County Council have closed the toilets in the Ring Road Car Park, they are all padlocked.
This is a huge problem for Padstow with two car parks, Skate park, Childrens Playground and The MUGA(tennis courts) all rely on these facilities, the nearest toilets are on North and South Quay a long walk down and back if you have young children or you are a senior citizen.
These Toilets need to be open, there was a 20p charge to use the facilities, if the toilets are not self financing these needs to be increased to cover costs etc.
There is absolutely NO WAY that Padstow can lose this, visitors will blame "the Town" not knowing it was the decision of Cornwall Council.
I propose we start an on-line petition to reverse this.
Please also try and contact your county councillors ( Elections soon)
to register your protests.
I also think that Padstow Town Council should help by contacting Cornwall Council.
