Keep Windsor Park Residential - Say NO to Live Work Units

Current and past marketing by Divosta, LLC on their website and sales office marketing, including sales representatives, do not disclose 3 story Live/Work townhomes for sale surrounding the community center / Clubhouse.  Current residents of Windsor Park purchased their homes with little or zero knowledge that there would later be Live/Work townhomes built in their neighborhood.  Current residents oppose live work units in Windsor Park.
