Pasadena, Texas is colonized by feral and stray cats. They live behind shopping centers, grocery stores, businesses, restaurants, in fields, trails and roam our subdivisions. An unspayed male will mate with female feral, stray and unfixed family pets. Many young cats and kittens die from lack of nutrition, dehydration, being hit by a car, and extreme weather.
We are asking Mayor Jeff Wagner to start a Trap, Neuter and Release Program "TNR" to help humanely maintain and control the feral, stray and unowned cat population in Pasadena.
