New Hampshire: Choose a cat as a state symbol!

I used to live in NH, now I live in MA. Mass has the tabby cat as an official cat, but why doesn't NH have an official cat? I may be gone from the state, but I still think New Hampshirites deserve a type of cat as the state cat. Perhaps 'granite (gray) colored fur' cats?

New Hampshire; you need an official cat! cats are friendly, welcoming creatures that are fun and nice to know. After all, Massachusetts has the tabby cat as the official cat, why don't you have one too?
