National Shrek Day on June 9th

Ask someone what movie they remember most as a child, most people will say Shrek. Shrek describes America in so many different ways, that it's impossible to list them all.
I love Shrek. I have a second closet dedicated to Shrek called The Shrek Sanctuary. I can't go a single day in life without saying his name at least 5 times. I think it should be on June 9th because that is my birthday, and it would make it extra special for me, knowing that across the world, people are celebrating Shrek on my birthday.
