EVONY!! WE WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE SERVER PROBLEMS ADDRESSED AND FIXED!

For those of you who play the chaos which is Evony you might be aware of some of the massive issues on some of the older age 1 gaming servers.  This Petition is startng on SS60. To those of you not familiar with Evony it is a virtual war strategy game. It is advertized as free to play but over time the condition and reliability of some of the servers (such as SS60) have deteriorated to such a state of disarray that most people are forced to pay to freeze their account in "holiday" or just quit. spending money or "coining" as many who play call it is not a requirement to have a active account however bc of all the server lag and glitching problems there is not much you can do if you do not coin at least once in a while. In the game people are charged food to support their army, also known as a upkeep. People gather their food initially through farming NPC cities for the resources. the most recent issue is the NPC not only being empty but not regenerating therefore starving people out. The biggest issue is the lag and this has been a problem for years. As of right now there are people with army movement stuck for several hours. It ruins the game and until it is fixed the players of Evony want compensation including free upkeep and bonus packages such as coin packages including prime items such as war ports, hero buffs and keys. I don’t even know where to start guessing how much annually Evony receives but they literally have at least one hundred servers, and one 300 coin package costs 30 USD. One 30 USD package will last a player one month to "holiday" their account at 10 coin per a day to “Holiday”. Evony is well known as being unfair and ignoring their customers. Evony only enforces the gaming rules when it serves Evony, they will roll back servers if for example people are getting freebies bc of a server issue such as being able to open packages without buying the keys first, yet they fail to compensate players when their server fails and ruins vital aspects of the game. The extremely low, almost criminal level of customer support Evony provides their customers with is unethical and at this point they do not take their customers seriously. We are the people who pay your mortgage and feed your children! It is with our money that those of you who run Evony are able to live your luxurious lives. Evony continues to charge for a broken product and many who have already invested feel trapped, afraid to watch their investments just die off, so they continue to coin. This problem is on going and has been an issue for several years now and its time to take a stand. Please include your sever with your e signature! thanks! lets stand together and show Evony we want quality customer support or we will not pay anymore! The time has come for Evony to stop ignoring their customers complaints and Evony begin treating their customers not only fairly but graciously, and provide us with the quality of product we are paying for and not receiving. please pass this to every player you know :)
