Carmel Skate Park Petition

Carmel business owners have had problems with skateboarders skateboarding on their property recently, and skating can cause marks and other damage to their property. An easy fix to this would be to make a small skate park away from any business. Also it will give the youth and other skateboarders a reason to not skate at other spots. In conclusion we should add a skate park to our city.
