Demand a Powderpuff Game for Essex Tech Class of 2018

A powderpuff game is a senior activity 9/10 schools host. Senior girls and boys switch their roles on the football field- girls play football and the boys will cheerlead. This is a great opportunity to raise school spirit and have some fun our last year of high school. Our administration is rejecting our idea because of liability issues and the fear that someone may get hurt- but yet we have student-faculty games? It's time for us to take initiative and start fighting for a better high school experience that will hopefully continue on for years to come. Please sign the petition to make a difference.
