Help Animal Shelters: Demand Control over Pet Reproduction!

Animal Shelters across the United states are filling up! This results in the many euthanizations of the pets to make room for the countless many more that need homes. The issue is that too many people are breeding their pets or are not spaying or neutering their animals, and they breed accidentally. We need to keep a record of the animals reproducing and mandate spaying and neutering unless they have permission to reproduce. This way we can curb the amout of pets in shelters and euthanizations.
