Currently, the Carmel amenities include a pool, a pavilion with restrooms, 2 playgrounds, hike and bike trails, and open (unmaintained) space. This petition is to ask our HOA to move forward with amenities that were promised to Carmel, but never delivered. Things not limited to, but including: a clubhouse, a dog park, playground covers, grilling stations at the pool, dog waste stations, a soccer field, and fully maintained green spaces and trails. On more than half of the builder websites and sales brochures, it lists a luxurious clubhouse, amongst many of the other things listed above. Many of us moved to this neighborhood for the amenities promised over other new build neighborhoods, and have been greatly disappointed that they have not been delivered, nor have our voices requesting them been heard. A clubhouse to host our numerous Carmel social events would be phenomenal! This clubhouse would be available for all residents to use as a rental space as well. A dog park would be amazing! Covers for the playgrounds so that they could be used year round has been something that's been out on the back burner for years now. If you want the HOA to hear your voice, please SIGN HERE, and we will submit this to our HOA board.
