DEMAND A BETTER HOME FOR THIS POOR DOG

I know this dog who sits on McClure off University St in Peoria IL. This dog probably has never been inside a home, never received a hug or affection. He looks sad every time I driver by. I have never seen his owner play him, hug him or kiss me. The dog is outside 24/7. When we have freezing weather he's outside, when its very hot outside and we have heat advisories the dog is still outside. I find this absolutely heartbreaking. I am a huge dog lover and I just cant stand this any longer. Someone needs to stand up to this owner. He has already been reported to animal control but due to the high volume at the animal shelters they will not do anything for this poor fella. Please sign this petition because this dog deserves love too!
