Demand Change of Animal laws in Jamaica

The animal laws are so outdated and the abuse of animals there if rife and awful, people get away with all kinds of cruelty because the laws are so outdated and people are left free to carry on abusing more animals if all kinds. Some of the things and photos I've seen has broken my heart. We can make a change but we need signatures of petition to try to make a change so please sign and pass to all your friends to sign all over the world so we can put jamaican animal laws under pressure to be changed to accommodate the times we live in PLEASE X
