This Dog Was Taped Inside a Bin and Dumped Outside in 110 Degree Weather, Left to Die

It was 110 degrees Fahrenheit outside near Las Vegas. It was in that weather that someone discovered a dog taped inside a plastic storage bin, abandoned outside a giant dumpster like trash.

The dog was on the verge of death, and rescuers spent hours trying to save her life.

Because of the time Reba the dog had spent in the taped-up bin, she ended up suffering from heat stroke and eventually, also a seizure.

On top of that, she could barely breathe anymore. Inside the storage bin, the heat was building and building and poor Reba was trying to pant the overheating away, but she couldn't breathe hard enough to counteract the temperatures. She began trying harder and harder to breathe - leading her lungs to fill with fluid.

Luckily, in the end, veterinarians were able to successfully keep Reba alive, and she is continuing her recovery journey. But one of the veterinarians involved, Dr. Jessica Dowling, clarified: "There was definitely a possibility just in that first few minutes that we might have lost her."

Las Vegas police are investigating who trashed Reba and taped her up to die in blistering heat. But we need to make sure whoever this person is, is kept away from animals in the future! Sign the petition to demand that authorities ban them from owning, living, or working with animals!
