Demand Authorities Punish Man Who Threw Dog Into Freezing River

Horrifying does not even begin to describe it. A video is circulating on social media of a man in the Indian city of Bhopal, remorselessly throwing a dog - who is happily wagging their tail, full of trust for this man – off a thirty-foot bridge.

The dog, with no idea what is going on hits the freezing, dark water. The terror and agony that helpless dog must have felt is immense, and there is rightful public outrage.

We demand that Indian officials take action to identify the man, who was smiling at the end of the heinous act, and charge him with animal endangerment and cruelty.
