Allow parents to take advantage of Wheelock Gym by providing CYS childcare.

I found out why there's no child care at the gym!!! Have you seen the CYS bldg. next to wheelock? They provided care there for people who wanted to work out at the gym and there ended up only being 1 kid that went durning after hours. They provided child care but it wasn't being used and they were wasting CYS staff on it basically. There is no place for childcare within the gym, and the gym wasn't designed for that. I was told if we are interested in making it to where there is child care, we have to get people to sign a petition and take it to CYS and or MWR to be heard and hopefully begin the process of getting these services back. So here is our chance!!
