If you have used the greyhound bus line and got stranded due to a broken down bus, missed your connecting busses, lost baggage, had overcrowded busses. (over booked) accosted in a terminal from lack of security, robbed in a terminal (or worse), been left stranded in a terminal from no drivers available, have been given the cold shoulder when it comes to a refund, not received your lost baggage claim, lack of information from Greyhound ticket agents at your terminal when trying to find out what bus you were supposed to take next, etc Please sign our petition for a class action lawsuit. When we receive enough signatures we will contact the Department of Transportation in the USA to see if they will finally file a class action lawsuit on our behalf. If not, maybe a personal attorney will contact us and take this one on. In my PERSONAL opinion, this has gone on for far to long and something has got to be done on behalf of Greyhound customers who have been mistreated.
