On December 2, 2017 Darnell "Mook" Pettway was shot and killed in the lobby of his own apartment building by one of his associates (James Oliver) in a jealous rage.

The identity of this man was revealed since the incident yet the NYPD has still done nothing about it. Our family feels the cops have swept this case under the rug, as they allow his killer to roam freely.

Mook was a very well known, wholesome guy, he was also a father ... a brother ... an uncle ... and a son. Please help us force the NYPD to bring James Oliver in for this vicious murder! We won't rest until they do!
