PURPLE CHOICE
The goal of this campaign of "making the purple choice" is to raise awareness about animal cruelty.
An attempt to get people to pay attention ...please pay attention it is happening all around us.
Support the purple choice - show your purple and when people ask why
Tell them you want them to join the fight against animal cruelty.
When the sad shelter commericial comes on TV ..don't change the channel or mute the TV- pay attention and see what you can do to help.
We know its sad and hard to watch, but if you ignore it or turn a blind eye because you don't want to deal with it. You add to the problem.
When someone makes an inappropriate comment regarding an animal let them know its not ok. We have all heard this person talk....
When you see an animal somewhere in need of some help. Don't keep walking thinking its none of your business. Stop and do something- if you are unable to physically help, there are rescues that WILL help. A phone call a posting on Face Book or another social media site.
There are many ways to help, the more the word is spread and people actually pay attention the more animals that will be saved.
Once we gain the attention of the masses we can take a stand and make a difference !

In honor of World Animal Day Oct 4 2010, a founding member of a group called Underdog Rescue International Voice. created the page to help raise awareness to Animal Cruelty.
The pages asks Supporters to show some purple, by changing to profile pictures that have some purple in them. People have been wonderfully creative..
Since its creation date on Sept 21, 2010 %u2026 Over 14 Thousand People have shown us some purple...
