My daughters live with a convicted pedaphile.

My daughters and I need your help. 

I have been fighting with the Oakland County Court in Michigan  for the past two and a half years.  The involved Judge is Linda S. Hallmark.  By checking the websites that track  'judges'  anyone can see she has been voted the worse judge more than once.  Many people have written about her and how she has destroyed their families in the past dozen years that she has been a judge.   For reasons you will read about,  Linda Hallmark has taken it upon herself to force my daughters to live with a known and convicted child sexual predator. 

Everyday we see more and more repeated CS crimes,  and statistics show sexual crimes against children are by far the most repeated crimes.  All judges know this.

The predator is on the National Registry for all to see and be aware of. 

His name is Dewan Thornberry.  He married my former wife two years ago.  Why would she or any mother do such a thing as this with eight and ten year daughters?

Why would this judge or any judge do should a thing as this? 

I will describe here as briefly as possible, and honestly my hope is that many of you will reply.

My first  court hearing was in October,  2007.  It lasted just over an hour
that afternoon.  During this hearing the judge's 'referee',  whose name was Traci Rink,  said many things that were meant to discourage me,  belittle me and  evenually cause me to see that I could not protect my daughters unless they agreed.  I, of course,  was not finding this bias fair,  reasonable,  legal  or  ethical or acceptable.   Traci L. Rink was in the middle of her own divorce,  soon we would see she was hardly fit for this task.

The referee Rink 'quote'  (in anger)  that has set fire to my life and that of my daughters since that day was:

"I checked,  and the sex he had with the child was not that bad,  so maybe you and your daughters don't have as much to worry about as you think you do!"  unquote.   (and she implied just a single sex act..)

Not believing what I had just heard,  staring at her,  my jaw dropped and 
my eyes and ears froze.  Her facial expression went from angry to angry with a very dark red skin tone.  Her words stopped there as well.  At that instant I thought there was serious trouble ahead.

The next day I went back to the facility and after an hour I found myself
having a meeting with the 'Director'  of this county child welfare department.  Her name is Suzanne Hollyer.  One request I had for Suzanne was to point me to the window were I can buy a copy of the courtroom transcript.   Afterall,  everyone has the right to buy their courtroom transcript,  typically it costs a dollar a page.  Things that are said in court are key to almost all outcomes,  we all know that.

A few days later I came back to pick up for my paid for courtroom  'DVD'.  To my surprise,  our hearing did not have a stenographer,  just an audio/video camera.  In the coming months I would learn none of my Judge Linda Hallmark hearings would have a stenographer.  None. 

(I have noticed  that almost all of the documents and rulings made by Linda Hallmark are not signed and or have been avoided altogether by her).   

Later that day,  the fears I had for the past few days,  ever since Suzanne told me I could get a 'DVD' and not a transcript,  came true.  The hearing and the contents of the recording were altered and re-recorded from start to finish.

It felt like they had declared war.  And basically they did.

Since then 1) molestations,  2) forensic lab reports regarding the altered courtroom DVD,  3) all sorts of court appearances and hearings, 4) threats,  5) my rights as a dad basically taken away,  6) the judge refusing to release a copy of the original courtroom video transcript even though  Michigan Law was presented to her saying it is to be supplied,  7) and my daughters being held hostage all this time.   These items are a few of what has transpired. 

I cannot begin to describe how my heart and soul have felt all this time.  As would be any normal parents passion,  this fight of course has been and remains mine.

Friends,  I  have come to this point  because I have no further choice and nothing to lose by exposing these few for what they have done to my daughters and our lives. 

They started out thinking they could use my case as a legal president or caselaw to allow future convicted sexual predators to live with other children.  They thought they could just do anything with court documents and anything with some families.  Altering court documents is a criminal offence,  selling those documents is as well.  And placing children in this type of position as a form of hostage taking is beyond words for me right now.

The few persons I have mentioned by name,  I know will never file any defamation suit against me.  They hope it all just goes away.  

My daughters and I need your help.  

All I have typed is the truth and I have documents to prove of all of it.  There is more to be added to what I have just written.  Please reply.
