Mercy and Intensive Mental Health Therapy Is Being Requested in the Final Sentencing for William D.

The Honorable Judge Susan Brown
185th Court of the Criminal Justice Center
1200 Franklin, 17th Floor
Houston, TX 77002.

We are requesting for you, The Honorable Judge Susan Brown, to extend mercy and provide intensive mental health therapy for William Darnnell Fuller for his involvement in the bizarre and heinous murder-for-hire plot that ended the life of Pauletta Burleson on May 19, 2010. It is necessary for your good conscience to know that Fuller was manipulated, intimidated and used as a pawn to pull the trigger in this heinous murder in order for his father, Ex-Pastor Tracy Bernard Burleson to marry Tyonne Marie Palmer-Pollard. Tyonne Palmer said that she wanted to have the "picture perfect family". In a bizarre turn of events via a love triangle, Burleson and Palmer seized an opportunity to end a life in order to make their sick and sorted dream become a reality in real time. They wrongfully used William Fuller as a pawn while he was in recovery mode weeks after Fuller had a month's stay in the hospital with no concern or consideration of his own personal life and promising future as a Registered Nurse for which he was matriculating at a local college.

Meanwhile, after Burleson, Fuller and Palmer had been arrested, Burleson and Palmer carelessly and delusionally applied for a marriage license while they were out on bond on Wednesday, September 1, 2010. The marriage failed to occur because both Burleson and Palmer were charged with capital murder on September 2, 2010 and were arrested and placed back into custody. Palmer did manage to secure enough funds to post and make bail.

At current, Ex-Pastor Tracy Burleson is jailed and is facing a life sentence without parole via Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Tyonne Marie Palmer-Pollard married Brandon Lamar Sampson on February 8, 2011 and has since been sentenced and jailed for seven years with a possibility of parole in three and a half years. She also received ten years of probation for tampering/fabricating evidence. Both sentences will run concurrently.

It is understood that Fuller must be held accountable for his involvement in the murder of Pauletta Elaine Ross-Russell-Burleson. Mercy and an intensive amount of mental health therapy is needed. Fuller will receive his sentence on Tuesday, November 8, 2011.

In consideration of careful and credible research PLEASE NOTE: More Black men are in prison today than enslaved in 1850. According to a Justice Department report released in July 2003, the U.S. prison population surpassed 2 million for the first time—2,166,260 people were incarcerated in prisons or jails at the end of 2002 (the latest statistics available). About 10.4% of the entire African-American male population in the United States aged 25 to 29 was incarcerated, by far the largest racial or ethnic group—by comparison, 2.4% of Hispanic men and 1.2% of white men in that same age group were incarcerated. According to a report by the Justice Policy Institute in 2002, the number of black men in prison has grown to five times the rate it was twenty years ago. Today, more African-American men are in jail than in college. In 2000 there were 791,600 black men in prison and 603,032 enrolled in college. In 1980, there were 143,000 black men in prison and 463,700 enrolled in college.

It would give his mother and other supporters much needed comfort and assurance to know that William will receive the needed help while he is in prison so that true rehabilitation will occur.

Let's send a positive message to Judge Susan Brown requesting and praying for mercy to be granted and intensive mental health therapy be provided throughout his incarceration. His very health and wellness depends on it.

Again, the punishment hearing for William Darnnell Fuller will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2011 at 9:00 am. The court data lists as:
