Take the Pledge to Fight Animal Cruelty
Each year, thousands of animals are victims of some form of animal cruelty, whether it's neglect, forced fighting or abuse.
You can help. Animal protection agencies rely on the public to report cases of animal cruelty in order to act and protect those who can't stand up for themselves. By staying aware and watching for signs of abuse, which can include open wounds, extreme thinness or pets that are kept tied up outside for long periods of time, and reporting any instances, even anonymously, we can stand up against animal cruelty.
Support the ASPCA in its steadfast commitment to end animal cruelty and do all that is possible to help the animals in your community live happy, healthy lives.
To that end, pledge to:
- Learn to recognize animal cruelty.
- Report animal cruelty.
- Set a good example for others.
- Fight for the passage of anti-cruelty laws.
- Support the ASPCA and their efforts to end animal cruelty.
