Thomas Arthur Deserves New Trial !!!!

 We the undersinged are aking the State of Alabama grant Thomas Arthur a new trial.  We are also asking that additional DNA collected at the crime scene be tested. July 10, 2009 DNA test results that were ordered April 15, 2009 in Jefferson County Circuit Court by Judge Pulliam have been completed and given to the Judge.  Judge Pulliam had issued the DNA test results as"sealed."  Judge Pulliam also issued a Court Order to the defense and to the state that the test results not to be disclosed under any circumstance. Hair and finger prints found at the crime scene do not match Thomas Arthurs.  No physical evidence connects him to the crime. The states key witness, Judy Wicker, the wife of the murder victim Troy Wicker stated under oath multiple times Thomas Arthur beat her up and raped/had sex with her after he killed her husband.  DNA testing was done on the panties Judy Wicker was wearing the morning of the murder. Judy Wicker was found guilty of murdering her husband, Troy Wicker for $90,000.00 in insurance money. In her 7 previous testimonies while under oath, she stated Thomas Arthur had nothing to do with the murder of her husband.  After spending 10 years in prison for Troy Wickers murder, Judy Wicker was released form prison in exchange for a new changed testimony that stated Thomas arthur killed her husband.
