We urgently need a mobile veterinarian van to spay/ neuter the overpopulated ferrel cats in our city of: Steubenville, Ohio

This would cut down tremendously on the overpopulation in our stray cats. It would also end senseless loss of life. The vans should be equipped with proper vaccines and food.

There have been complaints from the owner of one of our barber shops about the stray cats. This would definately be a god send. Please sign my petition.
