Tell Congress: ¡Basta! End Big Oil Handouts
Last year, the top five oil companies—BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil and Shell—collectively made $118 billion in profits. But that’s not all. Big Oil companies also received $4 billion in taxpayer-funded subsidies.
If you agree that American families should not be paying for their gas twice—first at the pump, and then again on tax day—sign our petition to tell Congress, “No más” to Big Oil handouts.
Dear member of Congress,
Over the past decade, the top five oil companies--BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil and Shell--have enjoyed more than $1 trillion in profits. Last year alone, these oil giants made $118 billion in profits.
At the same time, Big Oil continues to benefit from more than $4 billion in taxpayer-funded subsidies every year. As a hardworking American, I find it unacceptable that we are giving handouts to some of the most profitable companies in the world.
Enough is enough.

I urge Congress to end Big Oil handouts now.
Sincerely,
