Here I am begging for dogs again....
Thelma and Louise are stuck at the vets office until this weekend running up a board bill. They are the skinny mini pitiful redbone hound sisters that had mange at the Rowan County Pound. They have a rescue and we are working on transport but the only place we have to keep them now is at the vets.
Special is the hound I witnessed get mowed down by a car that sped away after they hit her. They never even stopped. She needs vet bill help as well.
Her leg was able to be saved but surgery and board while healing is a huge expense.

I'm really stuffed and tired. My personal vet bills for my own animals are out of control and my rescue bills are worse. I wish I had room to foster them all to save on board but I don't. If Dave Sawyer would show up with my Publisher's Clearing House check, it would be a different story:)

Two Hearts is at my vets right now. He has a severe hernia and that is why he is so sick. He is too weak for surgery right now. He is being hydrated and checked over. He is only 8 weeks old. He laid in that food bowl all weekend.
How did he wind up at the pound? He was dumped on a church's steps. The church people dumped him at the pound. I guess they don't know about compassion. I guess they don't consider a sick weak puppy worthy of kindness. I guess they never heard "whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do onto me."
Two Hearts needs financial help and prayers that the church people were unwilling to give him. He has a very good rescue but he cannot travel in this condition and it will take a little time before he is on his feet.
