Seeking Justice for Angel, fed to 2 pitbulls through a fence by a juvenile psycho

At the above location, the puppy dubbed Little Angel was rushed to Wesland Dierekliniek animal centre after a 13 year old psychopath decided to feed his puppy to two neighboring pit bulls through a fence. Despite receiving the best of care, however, the puppy did not survive. He must be punished for this!
