Ensure Stafforshire police arrest those response for the death of a Staffordshire bull terrier found

A blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier was found dead today (1st January 2015) after being tied to a tree. We need to make sure that the person responsible for the dog's death does not get away with it. Therefore we need to ask Staffordshire police to trace all tracks of DNA and other evidence so that the evil person who did this can be sentenced.
