Suspend National/European aids to farmer/country who do not apply protection measure against wolf

Although the Wolf is back for more than 20 years, the desired coexistence between human activities and the presence of this predator, which is essential to the maintenance of biodiversity in good health - Wolf is playing a crucial role for the resilience of ecosystems - and, although the environmental associations have all work hard with agricultural lobbying to make this coexistence possible, wolves, today more than ever, has become the scapegoat of the agricultural and hunting lobbying in France, but not only.
Although grants are allocated, each year, by the Ministry of ecology in order to compensate the losses of farmers - extremly invent, when we compare with our European neighbours - all protection measures are financed by the State, still, a minority do not respect the game and ask to eradicate the wolf of our territory, even if they take the money, against the choice of the majority of the French citizen - which are in fact, for the wolf preservation - who loose on both side ; because it is with our tax dollars that we pay for the coexistence, but we should not have the right to see free wolves in our lands, because this minority want to kill them all ?
We are paying to help this coexistence but, increasingly, we are not allowed to see wolves in freedom on our territory because a minority of lazy-bones and riders want the Wolf to be eradicate from our territory ?
We say NO ! This is not acceptable !
Whereas the natural return of the Wolf in the French territory participates in the good development of biodiversity on our land and that he is a key player.
Whereas the measures of protection of breed proven that they work, everywhere in the world where they are applied.
Whereas the French State, subsidized, fully, these measures, with the money of our taxes and that breeders, such as regions, inhabited by predators, benefit to allow coexistence with these predators.
Whereas that breeders do not apply these measures, that some politicians encourage them to do not, preferring, systematically, demonstrate against the presence of predators - actors essential for our biodiversity.
Considering that this minority has not to impose their retribution on the majority of the French population that are for the maintenance and the preservation of the Wolf in our territory.
Us, aware of our rights and our duty to protect our biodiversity for present and future generations.
We require,
of the French government - through the Ministry of ecology - to suspend these aids to any breeder or region that do not apply these recommended protection measures when the presence of one or more predators would be endorsed by the reports of the ONCFS and other environmental associations,
We ask,
to the European ministry of ecology, to suspend their aids to countries who do not respect their commitments about wildlife and predators.
Since it is completely abnormal that our taxes help to finance the agricultural sectors to allow coexistence between human activities and the presence of predators on our territory when, however, these same aid were diverted to personal use or others.
This is not ACCEPTABLE !
If this measure is the only way - it seems that it is, in the light of the anarchy that currently reign where, anyone can call to poaching, to poach, or kill an animal that has legetimement its place on our territory, without interference - to get that farmers to repect French citizens and predators as well, recovering its natural places, it is the duty of the Government to introduce this measure in order to curb the programmed destruction of wolf in France.

France, dutifully, valid, by the non-mobilisation of the State, the extermination program, set up by the Government of Sarkozy.
Special derogations of killing for breeders in the Causse Méjean (Lozère), determination of the prefect in the Hautes Alpes, Wolf, in France, just became, due to the scapegoat minority of hunting and breeders lobbying, since the establishment of the last wolf plan by the Sarkozy Government - and as expected - the beast to destroy.
What is the current Government do to stop the bleeding? Nothing.
The European environmental Department does not appear to take the measure of what is happening on the ground of France, on which, the situation, became totally anarchic, where everyone, for some absurd reason or another, can, at will, make public call to poach predators, poach them, shoot the wolf at sight with no other reason than to exterminate the wolf in the French regions.
