Millions of people are downloading the TOPtext program without realizing because it's bundled into unrelated downloads... it then hijacks your browser and puts paid advertising links on webpages! This is unfair to webmasters and an invasion of privacy!
If you installed the file-sharing program called Kazaa, you probably didn't realize you also installed a technology called TOPtext onto your computer. Have you noticed random words on a web page hyperlinked in yellow? Well, TOPtext is responsible for hijacking webpages and turning those words into hyperlinks which take you to advertisers' sites.
Didn't know, did you? That's because they sneaked TOPtext into your Kazaa download. Over 1 million users have already had their computers hijacked by TOPtext!
That is an INVASION OF PRIVACY. Who knows what other kinds of programs they're sneaking onto your computer?
In addition, TOPtext changes published web pages. That means that your personal homepage may now contain PAID ADVERTISEMENTS for all Kazaa users - but YOU DON'T GET PAID!
TOPtext also allows competitors to put advertisements on YOUR COMPANY'S website! That's right - they alter your copyrighted text and put hyperlinks on your website.
TOPtext should be ILLEGAL!
We, the undersigned, call for the immediate shut down of TOPtext and its developers, EZula, Inc and for Kazaa to issue an apology to all of its loyal users.
