Please Help Dogs Starved and Beaten in Romania

It is very hard to explain because break my soul,it is happens every day,In the country shelters in Romania.Starved and mistreated dogs in shelters.I wish with all my heart to help these innocent souls.I was born in Romania and I know what hapening there.They are many people that,love animals but,are much that they hate them.I can not look at ads like this but,must also with courage fight back in the hope of saving dogs that had suffered many years in this country.Thank you.
