Venezuelan fisherman using kittens and dogs for shark bait

There is an evil fisherman who for intertainment for the rich is using small kittens and dogs as bait for sharks! They take a sharp hook and drive it through the poor animal while it's still alive and dangle it in the water to entice sharks and blue marlin until the poor bleeding animal trying to swim for its life is snatched up by the shark ripping it to pieces. all the while everyone laughes and has a good time. When asked why he did this he is quoted as saying " I hate cats and besides I'm helping the pounds from having too many." Please help to stop this barbaric practice! If you are a true animal lover please let's send a message to these evil people.
My petition is to help stop the cruel slaughter of defenseless kittens and dogs to be used as shark bait off the coast of venezuela. This cruel fisherman takes live animals from shelters hooks them through their bodies while bleeding throws them into the water and while the poor animal tries to swim and stay afloat scared not understanding what is happening until a shark or marling comes and rips the poor animal to pieces. All this while the tourist and the fisherman laugh in glee.
