Demand justice for elderly dog, Fox, kicked to death in Florida!

The dead body of Ronald Boisevert's missing 13-year-old orange Pomerian, Fox, was found on his porch, with a note taped it to saying "We beat it to death! LOL" and a smiley face. A medical exam verified it had been purposely kicked. Insist that the city police chief analyze the note for fingerprints or do whatever it takes to track down the sadistic killer.
