Please improve the living conditions of the animals in this Chinese Zoo

A tiger is lying on the ground, emaciated to the bone, obviously too weak to stand up. The zoo claims the tiger is ill and suffers from a digestive disorder. I urge the Zoo director Wei K'ung to feed his animals in the zoo, to keep them humanely and to improve their living conditions, particularly this tigress which obviously is in a very bad condition and close to death. Please help this tigress.
